Classes are offered every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, creating a motivating, high-energy environment where members can train alongside others working toward the same goals.
Classes are designed for every fitness level and serve as a great introduction to the sport, whether you’re preparing for competition or simply looking for a new challenge.

Programs focus on personalized engine building, race strategy, simulation training, and improving efficiency through every HYROX station and movement pattern. Whether preparing for a first race or chasing a new personal best, training is built around helping athletes perform with confidence on race day.


What Are HYROX Classes Like?
Our HYROX classes are 60-minute, high-energy sessions built around functional stations, cardio intervals, and HIIT-style training designed to improve endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Members work at their own pace, partner up with others, and push themselves in a motivating, team-oriented environment that welcomes every fitness level.
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all. HYROX is designed for every fitness level, from beginners to experienced competitors. Training can be scaled to your current ability while helping you build endurance, strength, and confidence over time.
What does training at KMK include?
Our HYROX training focuses on strength development, conditioning, running efficiency, race strategy, and station-specific skill work. We help athletes improve both performance and durability while preparing for the demands of competition.
