Bosa graduated from Southern Connecticut State University, where he competed in both Football and Track & Field, earning multiple All-Conference, All-Region, and All-New England honors along with two NCAA Division II National Championship qualifications in throwing events.

Prior to college, he was a four-time Individual State Champion and was later inducted into his high school Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in track and field. Bosa specializes in developing explosiveness, throwing mechanics, and overall athletic performance, helping athletes improve in shot put, discus, and strength-based sports performance training.ll levels.
