Adam Angelucci graduated from the University of Connecticut while serving as a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard and competing as a three-year starter for the UConn rugby team. Prior to college, he competed in football and wrestling, serving as football team captain and earning runner-up finishes in both the FCIAC and LL wrestling championships.

With a background that also includes competitive gymnastics, Adam specializes in functional athleticism, mobility, flexibility, and well-rounded movement training for athletes and adults alike.
